No matter where you are, you can enjoy the convenience of m-zaba:

• Check your account balances and transactions, including savings accounts and loans.
• Access all the information about your cards, such as checking PINs and managing daily limits.
• Make easy bill payments by scanning your payment slip through our m-photo pay or fast scan services.
• Effortlessly transfer money using the IziPay service. All you need is the recipient's phone number.
• Arrange savings accounts and cash loans.
• Trade shares in the ZB Invest fund.
• Trade on global stock exchanges with the ZB Trader Global service.

You can arrange to use m-zaba either via e-zaba or by visiting one of our bank branches. Other services, such as ATM location and exchange rates, are available to all users without the need for arrangement.

SECURITY

Zagrebačka Banka places a great emphasis on ensuring the security of our mobile banking users:

• The PIN used to access the app is known only by the user, so in case of theft or loss of your mobile phone, there is no risk of abuse.
• PIN and account information are not stored in your mobile device, and the entry of your PIN is protected by a variable keypad.
• If an incorrect PIN is entered multiple times, the services that require PIN entry will automatically be blocked.
• If there is no activity for three minutes, m-zaba will automatically log out the user.
